At this stage, the front wheel should look the same

as that in photo 16.
Fasten the nut on the skewer until the lever becomes
firm to close. If the lever can be closed without any
force, then you need to fasten the nut on the other
side further. If the lever is too firm to close, then you
need to loosen the nut on the other side a bit.

Finally you should be able to close the lever on the
skewer with some force. After this step is done, the
front wheel should look the same as that in photo 17.
