2. Locate and eliminate any liquid leaks.

Remake the eluent using reagent grade chemicals and ASTM
filtered Type I (18 megohms or 1

S) grade deionized water.

Contaminated or degraded sample.

Take appropriate precautions when preparing and storing
samples to prevent contamination and degradation.

1. Clean the column (see Column Rejuvenation Procedures,
