5.3

Programar tareas

2.  Ajuste la velocidad del devanador de hilo

con la rueda pulsable de la izquierda (3);

Programming welding tasks

5.3.1

Two-button welding method

The two-button welding method allows the
robotic welding power source to be operated
without a welding characteristic.

The way that the robotic welding power sour-
ce DIX PI 400, DIX PI 500 or DIX PI 600 is
operated in the two-button welding method is
described in the following steps.

1.  Press the F key (1) until the LED (2) on

the icon for the two-button welding method
illuminates.

2.  Using the left rotary pressure adjuster (3)

set the wire feeding speed. The value is
displayed in the display above the rotary
pressure adjuster.

The welding current automatically adjusts
itself.

3.  Using the right rotary pressure adjuster (4)

set the welding voltage. The value is
displayed in the display above the rotary
pressure adjuster. Set the throttle by
pressing the rotary-pressure-adjuster.

The robotic welding power source is now ready
for the welding task.

5.3.1  Zwei-Knopf Schweißverfahren

Das Zwei-Knopf Schweißverfahren erlaubt
es, die Roboterschweißstromquelle ohne
Schweißkennlinie zu betreiben.

In den folgenden Schritten wird beschrieben,
wie Sie die Roboterschweißstromquelle
DIX PI 400, DIX PI 500 bzw. DIX PI 600 im
Zwei-Knopf Schweißverfahren betreiben.

Dreh-Drück-Steller angezeigt.

Durch drücken des Dreh-Drück-Stellers
stellen Sie die Drossel ein.

Die Roboterschweißstromquelle ist jetzt für die
Schweißaufgabe bereit.
