当套筒车进行除前进或后退动作时，如车轮转向，桅柱起升等动作时，刹车处于闭合状
态 ， 保 证 车 轮 处 于 静 止 状 态 ， 同 时 刹 车 图 标 被 激 活 。

打开状态，在外力的作用下，车轮可以进行短时移动。在刹车释放模式下，为了保护减速
装置，不可以长期处于该模式。
