primary display shows the accumulated fare cost and the secondary display shows the extra-charge. Upon entering Stopped the secondary
display goes OFF and the primary display shows the total cost (the sum) for the me programmed here. A er this me both displays show their
original data again. The me is given in seconds with an accuracy of 1 second. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 255 (max). The value
