11. Service
In case of malfunction the customer is supposed to
take the following safety measures:

Save all data on the hard disk (back up)
Accurate description of the problem or the malfunc-
tion:
•
WHICH
malfunction
occures?
•
WHICH operating system is being used?
•
WHICH application programs are installed?
•
ALL peripheral devices have to be mentioned.
•
Submit sales slip with purchase date.
•
Provide name of distributor and place of pur-
chase as well as description of device and se-
rial number.
Important:
•
The device has to be sent in original wrapping
together with all the above information to the
nearest service point.
