Install the appropriate operating system on the

Partition the SCSI hard disk drive and then reload
the operating software.

Run the BIOS Setup utility and set the IDE
controller option to “Disabled”.  This disables the
IDE interface.
NOTE:  When having both IDE and SCSI hard
disk drives installed, the computer uses the IDE
hard disk drive as the boot device.
