LARGE SIDE DOOR
To open:
» Remove puppy divider if it has been inserted
» Squeeze spring-loaded latches on both sides of the large side door
»
Begin lifting door while keeping hands on the pins depressed
FRONT DOOR
To open:
» Squeeze handle/latch to release locking pins
»
Swing door out to open
To close:
» Lift up on handle and swing door closed until
you feel the locking mechanism engage
» Make sure door is secure by tugging
gently on the mesh
There are three ways to access the inside of the Crate. Whether it’s
getting your dog in and out, or cleaning the Crate, we’ve made it as
convenient as possible.

» Raise door up until the spring-loaded pins lock into place in the holes at the
top of the Crate
» Push the door until it connects with the magnets under the ceiling and the
folded door is parallel to the ceiling
To close:
» Squeeze spring-loaded latches on both sides of the large side door
»
Keep latches depressed as you guide door back down until the spring
loaded pins lock when the door reaches the bottom of the Crate
» Gently pull the mesh towards you until you hear a “click” and the
door is again perpendicular to the floor
CEILING HATCH
To open:
» Turn two hatch locks 180 degrees to liberate the hatch
» Raise the hatch by grabbing it by the ceiling mesh
To close:
»
Lower the hatch by pushing it down
» Re-lock hatch by turning the two locks 180 degrees
