More than ¼ of the length of the border missing or
folded,
Holes, tears, folds,
Writing, stains, spots, or stamps larger than

Tape, staples, pins, foreign matter attached to the
banknote,
Machine washed,
Excessively worn, limp or wrinkled,
Two or more banknotes stuck together,
Wet or damp banknotes.
