The type depends on the type of cleaner. Conduits are provided on the gas
engine which ensures that the high pressure regulator and the gas engine
pressure regulator (6) will be additionally heated. See also enclosed manual
concerning the gas engine.

On the display you can read the pressure of the machine. On the pressure
gauges you can read out the gas pressure of the CNG filling installation.
3 B U R N E R
The high efficiency ‘green burner’ CNG is a burner that provides hot water.
The temperature of the water is adjustable. The burner is double- walled. The
outside wall is air cooled by the ventilator lateral on the burner chamber (driven
by the burner motor). On top of the burner one can find the burner mouth.
In the burner mouth you will find the ionisation and ignition pins. The ionisation
pin takes care of flame monitoring. On the burner is a gas block mounted.
The gas block contains a filter, regulators, (shut-off)valves and pressure
switches. The air pressure controller, which is mounted nearby below the
gas block, checks whether if there is air pressure in the boiler. The pressure
switch at the top checks the gas pressure. The temperature sensor measures
the temperature of the gas supply. The gas valve and flow controller (fixed
setting) control the gas supply and the starting flow rate. See pictures:

Lime scale deposits while working at higher temperatures
The hardness of the water is possible expressed in French degrees (°F) or
German degrees (°D). The difference is noticeable in the following equation:
1 ° F = 0.56 ° D. For example, water having a hardness of 40 ° F has a German
hardness of 40 x 0.56 = 22.4 ° D.
See the in your area prescribed hardness of drinking water. Hard water can
cause problems by means of lime scale from 30°F or 17°D. When hardened
water is now warmed / heated / or being pumped (or when hard water comes
in contact with air), this can cause calcification. Hard water is caused mainly by
the presence of two components: calcium and magnesium. So the harder the
water, the more chances on lime scale! When cleaning with high temperatures
(or at using heated water) , you obtain thus faster calcification in case of a low
hardness! This can therefore result in loss of energy efficiency, higher energy
consumption and reduced capacity of water supply (including calcium deposits
on the burner coil and other water connection parts).
We, DIBO NV, therefore recommend to decalcify the machines with a burner
preventive additionally and after use of hot water rinse adequate with cold
water (if possible) to ensure optimum performance of the machine!

The machine is built on a trailer. Place the trailer horizontally on a stable surface
during spraying activities, this to avoid for a possible failure from draining of the
water tank.
6 WAT E R TA N K
The water tank is a reservoir that is assembled between the water system (tap)
and the high pressure pump. The water tank prevents that there may appear
pressure impulses in the water system. Pressure impulses appears by switching
on and off the spray jet. The water tank prevents under all circumstances that
there penetrates chemicals in the water system. The float ensures the filling
process of the tap water. The tank has also an overflow for draining the excess
of water and a drain tap at the front of the trailer. We recommend also to
transport the trailer with empty water tank!
