UNPACKING
AND INSTALLATION
Assembly of the machine stand (optional)
See table in the “Spare Parts” section:
- Screw the castors onto the lower platform and tighten well.
- Connect the two angled uprights by means of the stiffening crossbar.
- Secure the entire structure to the lower platform.
- Assemble the upper platform on the centre of the trolley so that the overhang of the platform is greater to the back (opposite
side to the perforated bin).
- Insert the perforated door in the open space between the angled uprights (front side).

-Remove the machine from the packaging, holding it by the front and back sides; do not hold it by the handle of the hood
or the film holder unit (it is advisable to use two people for this operation).
-Rest it on the platform of the stand, checking that the feet of the latter are correctly positioned in the appropriate spaces.
-If a support stand is not available, rest the machine on suitably sized work top with a level minimal height 80 cm /31.50 in.,
smooth and dry surface capable of supporting the weight of the machine (35 kg/77.1 lb.).
- Release the transparent hood by removing the sticky tape or the support; remove the bag containing the spare parts and the
manual and check that the Gride is correctly positioned.
-The transparent hood must be left open!
Note:
For US version only
Anchor the machine to the stand by replacing one of the
feet with the anchorage screws and nuts supplied.
