CALIBRATIONS
MOTOR CALIBRATION
The instruments are supplied fully calibrated; generally after the instrument has been received, no further calibration
cycles are required. However, in the event that the warning on the instrument's touch screen indicate the need to
calibrate the engine, press
“Calibrate”, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
BACKGROUD CALIBRATION
Background calibration determines the background noise level associated with each optical module and compensates for
its level to minimize it. Each time a new optical module is installed, a message on the display shows up, requiring
calibration of its background.
When replacing the optical module installed in any slot with a different module, the touch screen prompts you to perform
the Background Calibration for the module just installed. Refer to
“INSTALLATION” section of this manual for the
execution of the procedure.
TOUCH SCREEN CALIBRATION
You can calibrate the touch screen response functions to optimize sensitivity.
▪
On the Home screen, press "Settings".
▪
In the "Settings" screen, press "Calibrate Touch".
The next screen shows how to use a marker (+). Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.
