V01
For a deep cleaning, we suggest to disassemble the pump’s lid operating as follows:
•
unscrew the non-return valve’s knob [24] from the pump [3] and extract the sphere [25] making sure not to lose it;
•
unscrew completely the knobs [27] and separate the pump’s lid [28] from the body [3];
•
carefully extract the pump’s paddles [29], making sure not to lose the springs [30]. When extracted, the springs
tend to push the paddles outside.
When reassembling, insert paddles in the pump with the groove looking downwards.
•
each part needs thorough washing with warm water and detergent, and rinsing with cold water. In particular, use
the tube-brushes to clean the inside of the faucet and that of the labyrinth [21]. Clean cream dispenser's [10]
holes with a suitable brush.
Note:
It is advisable to leave parts soaking in the detergent solution for a few hours (i.e. when the machine is
not been used) in order to dissolve all residues.
•
before reassembling parts lubricate gaskets with food-compatible grease.
4)
Sanitising
•
Prepare DISINFECTANT SOLUTION following the product instruction and pour in the container;
•
turn on dispensing for as long as necessary. If required, let solution work for longer, turn off machine (to avoid
using refrigerator needlessly);
•
if necessary, rinse machine by operating with fresh water (following disinfection, do not handle any parts which
will come into contact with food).
