Filling extension
To use the filling extension it is sufficient to:
—
unscrew the nozzle from the faucet’s cream dispenser [10];
—
screw the extension’s rubber holder [33] on the cream dispenser [10];
—
screw the nozzle [7] on the cream dispenser [34] placed at the extremity of the handle [35].
Note:
It is possible to set the steel nozzle ([42] - optional) or the steel cream injector [41] on the filling exten-
sion.
Complete decoration extension
To use this extension it is necessary to:
—
unscrew the nozzle from the faucet’s cream dispenser [10];
—
screw the extension’s rubber holder
[33] on the cream dispenser [10];
—
insert at the bag’s extremity [36] the nozzle carrier took from the decorations set [38];
—
choose a nozzle [39]
properly shaped upon the decoration to be carried out and fix it on the nozzle holder [37] by
using the ferrule [40].
Operate the cream whipper until the bag is filled and press it manually to carry out the decorations. When the bag is
empty, re-operate the machine.

To wash use anti-foam FOOD COMPATIBLE detergents, carefully following washing instructions.
When washing and sanitising, the pump can be continuously operated by setting TIMER on
Co
. This must be done only
as long as there is detergent in the container. To avoid damages to the pump, do not operate it in dry conditions.
