Location of main components
The layout of the figures is purely indicative and can undergo variations.
1. Lid

5. Gate valve for emptying oil from cooking compartment

Knobs, keys and indicator light modes and functions
Switch-on and thermostat knob (ELECTRIC)
. It performs three different functions:
1. Switches electricity inside circuit on and off.
2. Adjusting cooking temperature.
3. Heating phase Start/Stop.
Yellow indicator light (GAS/ELECTRIC):
When present, the indicator is subordinated to use of the
thermostat knob. Lighting of the indicator signals the heating phase.
Green indicator light (GAS/ELECTRIC):
The indicator is subordinated to use of the switch-on knob.
Lighting of the indicator signals the operating phase.
Water drainage gate valve (GAS/ELECTRIC).
Functions:
1. Gate valve for draining water from cooking compartment.
