12. Click the Telephony Bus tab. Then, from the Parameter list, select
PCMEncoding

Note
There are two PCM encoding schemes used around the world: µ-Law
and A-Law. Telephone switches in North America and Japan typically
use µ-Law. Telephone switches in South America and Europe typically
use A-Law.
13. From the Value list, select the PCM encoding scheme used by your telephone switch.
