Step 2: 

Connect the Sensor wire (20) with the Extension wire (18) and then install the Tension cable (19) 
properly with the cable from Tension controller (17) as shown.  

Fix the Handlebar post (2) onto the Main frame (1) with the Allen bolts (16) and Arc washers (56) as 
shown.
