Important Safety Information 

We thank you for choosing our product. To guarantee your safety and health, please 
use this equipment correctly. Please read the information as below carefully before 
using this equipment. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and 
using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is 
assembled, maintained and used properly. 

 

1. This equipment is designed for indoor and family use only. The maximum weight of user 
is 120KG. 
2.

This equipment belongs to HC rate and it is not suitable for therapeutic use. 

3. Before assembly, first please well understand and check all parts of this equipment and 
then assemble the equipment as instruction. 
4. The  right  tools  should  be  used  when  assembling.  If  necessary,  ask other  person  help 
complete the assembly together.   
5. The equipment should be put on flat and anti-skid floor. If the equipment is layed in the 
wet space, equipment corrosion will influence the use.   
6. Before using the equipment, check if nuts and bolts are tightened. To ensure safety, the 
equipment should have at least 0.6 meters of free space all around it. It shouldn’t have any 
adjustable parts sticking out. 
7. Check regularly if each connecting part of equipment is tight and if the status of equipment 
is normal to ensure the safety level of equipment. 
8. The  caustic cleaner  mustn’t  be  used  for  cleaning  maintenance  to  avoid  that  the liquid 
flows into the equipment inside through tail or crack. 
9.  The  particular  attention  should  be  paid  to  those  adjustable  parts,  especially  for  the 
minimum depth of saddle post. When the letter “MAX” expose outside, it means that it is the 
limit position. 
10. Replace the defective parts immediately. Don’t use the equipment before the defective 
parts  are  replaced. Any  question,  please  consult  the  professional  after-sales  persons  or 
distributors.   
11. The equipment is designed for adult use only. Keep children and pets away from the 
equipment. The use of children should be under the guidance by the adult.   
12. The equipment is used by only one person during exercise. Please point out the possible 
risk when exercising, such as the risk from running parts.   
13.  Wear  suitable  clothing  while  exercising  to  avoid  that  loose  clothing  are  caught  by 
equipment or movement is restricted.   
14. Don’t exercise before or after meals.   
15. Pay attention to the mode of exercise and the mode of resistance adjustment. 
16. The  resistance  of  equipment  has  nothing  to  do  with  speed. The  resistance  also  has 
nothing to do with rotation speed during driving the equipment and it remains constant. 
17.  Before  starting  any  exercise,  you  should  consult  your  doctor  to  know  which  kind  of 
exercise and what moving load are suitable for you. Wrong exercise may damage health. 
Excessive  movement  can  lead  to  serious  injury  or  death.  If  you  feel  dizzy,  please  stop 
exercising instantly.
