While platform is just above the ground,
fold the flip-over point back onto the
platform main section.
Folding and stowing in travel position
Rotate the folded platform into a vertical
position against the platform opener.
Stand ON THE SIDE of the platform and
keep hands clear of the inside faces of the
extension plate and side steps.
LIFT the platform up against the extension
plate until you hear the hydraulics turn in
over-pressure. The platform opener will
rotate the platform to its travel position
while you LIFT the platform.
Switch off the electrical power to the
liftgate (cabin switch or main battery
disconnect switch in the external control
box, or both if both are available). Close
the cover of the control box.
At any time during the operation, release the activated button(s) to stop the platform from moving. Additionally, turning
the main battery disconnect switch, (if so equipped), counter-clockwise will switch off electrical power to the liftgate.

If so equipped, engage the platform
