PAIRING OF MULTIPLE MOBILE COLUMN LIFTS
Multiple mobile column lifts are
interconnected by means of an electrical
plug only. There is no hydraulic
connection between them.
First connect the various master and
slave columns as explained in section
Then, to make the electrical connection
between 2 mobile column lifts, use the
wire loom with 2 plugs and connect them
to the sockets mounted in highest
position on the electrical control boxes
on the master columns.
At both ends of the wire loom, align the male plugs ¼ turn counter clockwise in front of the female sockets. Push the plug into
the socket gently, then turn the plug ¼ clockwise to secure the connection. (Proceed in opposite sequence to disconnect.).
Turn the configurator selector clockwise to select operation of 2 mobile column lifts.
A ring is mounted on the feet of the lift column to guide the wire and hose looms of both mobile column lifts behind the rear
axle of the vehicle, grouped into 2 bundles protected by a protective sleeve.
