2.5 Jumper Settings for the Ratio

Setting the Ratio
If you are unable to boot-up your
computer system, it may be that
the processors speed/ratio was
incorrectly set in the BIOS. Please
follow the steps below to boot-up
the system with the correct
settings.
1. Power-off your system.
2. Set JP7 to On.
3. Now power-on your system.
After the memory test, press <Del> to enter the Award BIOS
setup utility.
4. Select CPU/Chipset Setup and press <Enter>.
5. Set the appropriate speed of the processor in the CPU
Frequency field. Refer to the CPU/Chipset Setup section in
Chapter 3 of this manual for more information.
6. Press <Esc> to return to the main menu of the Award BIOS
setup utility. Select Save & Exit Setup and press <Enter>.
7. Type <Y> and press <Enter>.
8. Power-off your system.
9. Set JP7 back to its default setting (Off) and power-on the
system.
