1.1.2 System Health Monitor Functions
The system board is capable of monitoring the following “system
health” conditions.
• Monitors CPU/system temperature and overheat alarm
• Monitors CPU/1.5V/5VSB/VBAT/3.3V/5V/
±
12V voltages and
failure alarm
• Monitors the speed of the CPU, chassis and 2nd fans and fail-
ure alarm
• Automatic chassis fan and 2nd fan on/off control
• Read back capability that displays temperature, voltage and fan
speed
• Opened chassis alarm
