ME Configuration

This section configures the settings of flashing the Intel

®

 Management Engine (ME).

Me Fw Image Re-Flash

Enable or disable flashing of the Intel

®

 Management Engine (ME) region of the BIOS.

Active Management Technology Support

The section allows users to enable or disable the Intel

®

 Active Management Technology (Intel

®

 

AMT) BIOS extension. Note that this function is not available on Core

 i3 processors or 

HM175 chipset. Refer to Chapter 7 for more information. 

Intel AMT Support

Enable or disable the Intel

®

 Active Management Technology (AMT) support of the 

BIOS.

Un-Configure ME

Enable to clear all settings of the Intel

®

 Active Management Technology (AMT) without 

requiring a password on the next boot.
