Pressing points
Installing BW968 onto a Carrier Board
1. Install the module and heatsink onto the carrier board. The photo below shows the loca-
tion of the mounting holes on the carrier board.
Mounting standoffs
Important:
The carrier board (COM332-B) used in this section is for reference purpose only and
may not resemble your carrier board. These illustrations are mainly to guide you on
how to install BW968 onto the carrier board of your choice.
2. Grasp BW968 by its edges and position it on top of the carrier board with the mounting
holes of BW968 aligning with the standoffs on the carrier board. This will also align the
COM Express connectors of the two boards to each other.

3. Press BW968 down firmly to seat it in the COM Express connectors of the carrier board.
Note:
The above illustration shows the pressing points of the module onto the carrier board.

e careful when pressing the module to avoid damages to the connectors.
