• Check the product, its power cord and plug as well as accessories for damage before each use.
Do not use the product if it is damaged or shows wear.
• Double check that the accessories and attachments are properly affixed.
• Always hold the product by its handle/motor housing. Keep the handle/motor housing dry to
ensure safe support.
• Ensure that the air vents are always unobstructed and clear. Clean them if necessary with a
soft brush. Blocked air vents may lead to overheating and damage the product.
6. OPERATION
Adjust the angle of the arm
Before adjust the angle of the arm, please be sure the machine is turned off and under the
state unplug.
The operator can adjust the arm in any angle within the scope along the pivot according to
the position or the shape of work pieces, and then fixed it.
Loosen locking lever, then can uplift the arm. Rotate the arm along the pivot to the desired
position, then lock the locking lever and fix the arm.
Switch operation
Make sure the switch is in normal state before get through the power. When release the
switch, it can return to “off”.
The machine will start with pressing ON/OFF switch and stop with release the ON/OFF switch.
Press the ON/OFF switch and the Lock On button, the machine can work continuously. Press
the ON/OFF switch to the end then release it, the machine will stop working.
Speed controller
The speed can be adjusted between 300m/min and 1700m/min through rotating the speed
dial from 1 to 6.
It will accelerate when adjust the dial from I to 6, if dial from 6 to 1, it will on the contrary.
Please choose the right speed according to the work piece.
warning: Maximum speed adjustment dial can only turn to 6, in the opposite direction to 1.
Do not over-force to more than 6 or 1 or the speed regulator will not work.
