(3) When the difference of the deviation is - (minus),
turn the adjustment screw located at the back of
the reverse automatic document feeder counter-
clockwise to adjust.
Note:
• Look at the guide lines when making the adjust-
ment.
• When turning the screw, be sure not to raise the
reverse automatic document feeder until in an
upright position.

To prevent the adjustment screw breakage, be
sure to follow the above instructions.
(4) After the adjustment is completed, tighten the
mounting screw on right side hinge securely with
screwdriver.
<Adjusting DF skew (2-side)>
(1) Open the reverse automatic document feeder,
then remove the two screws shown in the illus-
tration.
(2) Close the reverse automatic document feeder.
(3) Remove the front cover.
(4) Loosen the two screws shown in the illustration.
