Service and Warranty

No cost is charged for repairing events covered under warranty during the period
of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty on batteries is limited to 6
months. Wearing parts or defects which only slightly affect the value or usability of
the device are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty claim must be proven by presenting the original sales receipt, on
which the date of purchase is clear.
The warranty will be provided by repair or replacement of device within the
warranty period in one’s sole discretion.
The warranty period is not extended automatically, the original warranty period of
the first device remains active, which ends after 24 months. The damages or
defects caused by improper handling or use as well as defects caused by using
non-genuine parts are not covered by warranty. Warranty does not cover damage
caused by external influences such as lightning, excess voltage, humidity, fire, etc.
