8. ATTACHING THE FAN
BLADES
Caution: Remove the screws from the
motor support plate, discard the screws
and motor support plate.
Step 1. Attach the fan blades to the blade
holder using the screws and rubber
w a s h e r s p r o v i d e d , t i g h t e n s c r e w s
securely. (Fig. 15)
Step 2 Fasten blade assembly to motor
using the screws supplied. (Fig. 15)

9. INSTALLING THE
MOUNTING PLATE
1. Remove the 1 of 4 screws from the
mounting ring and loosen the other
3 screws. (Do not remove)
2. Place the key holes on the mounting
plate over the 3 screws previously
loosened from the mounting ring,
turn mounting plate until it locks in
place at the narrow section of the
key holes. Secure by tightening the
3 screws previously loosened and
the one previously removed. (Fig.
16)
