
Connecting to TV
Note: Before connect this STB to other devices, please SHUT DOWN all devices.
Put the terrestrial aerial’s connector jack into the STB receiver’s “ANTENNA IN
2 socket on its rear panel. “ANTENNA OUT” socket also can be connected to another STB, which provides
same aerial signals.
Plug the STB’s power cord into the AC90~230 power socket on the wall. The STB starts in a normal state of
“playback the program that is received”.
Plug the STB’s power cord into the AC100~220V power socket on the wall. The STB starts in a normal state of
“playback the program that it received”.
IF STB “NOT” PLAY THE PROGRANM REFER TO 1.4.2 “AUTO SEARCHING” IN USER MANUAL.
WORKING IN DVB MODE
1.
First Installation
1.1. At the First time Installation menu, select YES and press ENTER on the remote controller to
proceed.
1.2. Enter your regional settings, include your country, OSD language and select area. Make sure to
select the country you are located. The player will scan the channels based on the bandwith of the
country you selected. Then select NEXT to proceed.
1.3. Select YES to start the automatic channel search.
1.4. Wait to complete the scanning. “To stop the scanning, press the STOP key. The channels already
found will still be stored.
1.5. When finished, all active channels found will be stored automatically. The first found channel will
be played. Now you are ready to watch digital terrestrial TV channels and radio broadcasts. In case
you skip the First Time Installation screen, you can still specify your regional settings and conduct
channel scan via the on-screen setup menu.

Basic Operations
Once channel search is completed, you can start to watch digital terrestrial TV channels and radio
broadcasts. Some typical operations are given in this chapter.
2.1. Freezing
When watching a channel, you can freeze the current screen by pressing the Pause key. Pressing it
again to resumes play.
2.2. Watching Favorite List
You can press the left right keys to watch your preset favorite channels in corresponding group (eg.
Favor, News, show, movie group). To create your favorite list, go to Main Menu > Program List.
2.3. Displaying information
Press the “INFO” key to display the detailed information of the current channel.
2.4. Choosing Subtitle
You can press the Subtitle key to select *subtitles on the screen. The available subtitles depend on the
broadcaster.
