5 Cleaning, maintenance and validation
5.1 Check & Clean process

11. Inject the water with the syringe through the left hole into the
channel of the Green lid (as shown in the image)

Water flows through the small holes of all adapters.
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
Leave the lid to cool down sufficiently, otherwise there is a risk that
steam will form while injection the water.
12. Confirm that water is flowing by pressing the "
Confirm" function key.
13. Repeat the process if no water appears.
14. Repeat this with all available Blue lids and Green lids and with all
adapters.
Ä
All lids are checked.
NOTE
Do not use the lid in which the water does not flow as described
above and contact your authorized dealer.

Disassemble and clean the water tank
Frequency: Weekly or every 50 cycles (whichever comes first).
Disassemble and empty the water tank

The DAC Universal is switched on and is in the Check & Clean
process menu.

The water tank is on a flat surface.

Go to the next Check & Clean option by pressing the "
Next Check &
Clean step" function key.

Drain the water tank.
