16. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
ROLLER TIMING BELT
Check timing belt condition for wear or damage and check tension on belt.
CASSETTE MULTI V BELT
Check timing belt condition for wear or damage and check tension on belt. Over tension will put excessive strain on the belt and
bearings. Under tension will lead to slip, poor performance and cause rapid wear.
DRIVE & CYLINDER MOTORS
Check condition of outer motor casing for damage. Check power cables from the electrical box fitted securely and nuts tightened.
LITHIUM BATTERY
Visibly check the condition of the outer casing for damage. NEVER USE A MOWER WITH A DAMAGED BATTERY!
ELECTRICAL HARNESSES
Check cables are not split or damaged and plug connections are all fitted correctly. Damaged cables should be replaced before
the machine is next operated.

IN ANY DOUBT CONTACT YOUR DEALER OR DENNIS DIRECT.

15. GENERAL LUBRICATION
REAR ROLLER
(6-months)
The main drive roller is split into three sections incorporating a differential gear system running in an oil bath. The old oil should
be drained off and the bath replenished with 1 pint (550ml) of clean oil.
FRONT ROLLER ADJUSTERS
(2-months)
Apply a small quantity of copper grease or similar to the adjuster studs to prevent corrosion and ease adjustment.
