1. Assembling The Display

1.1 - Applying The Decals

Step One:

  Prepare the top surface of the sheet metal base (a) using 

rubbing alcohol.  Allow to dry completely.

Note: 

The decals (o) should be applied from left to right in the following 

order: B6, SoundBomb, D2, D4

Step Two: 

Peel and remove the backing from the decal (o)

Step Three:

 Beginning with one edge, apply the decal (o) to the sheet 

metal base (a), slowly working your way across the surface to push out 

any air bubbles.

1.2 - Mounting The Product & Switches

Step One: 

Use a razor blade to cut out only the mounting holes highlighted 

yellow from the decals.

Step Two:

 Attach the B6 mounting bracket (k) to the display base (a) 

using the supplied bolt (h) and nut (i).

Step Three:

 Attach the B6 Brake Light (NOT INCLUDED) to the B6 

mounting bracket (k) using the supplied M4 screws (l).

Step Four:

 Insert the push button switch (g) in the switch hole on the 

bottom left of the display base (a).

1.3 - Mounting Continued

Step Five:

 Attach the horn mounting bracket (j) to the display base (a) 

using the supplied bolt (h) and nut (i).

Step Six:

 Attach the SoundBomb Horn (NOT INCLUDED) to the horn 

mounting bracket (j) using the hardware that came with the horn.

Step Seven:

 Use a 13mm wrench to attach the light pods (NOT 

INCLUDED) to the display base (a).

Step Eight:

 Disconnect the switch from the wiring harness (b).

Step Nine:

 Use a screw driver and the included self tapping screws (c) to 

secure the switch to the display base (a).

1.4 - Installing The Backdrop Sign

Step One:

  Prepare the back face of the sheet metal base (a) using 

rubbing alcohol.  Allow to dry completely.

Step Two:

 Apply an adhesive square (q) to each corner of the back face of 

the display.

Step Three:

 Press the backdrop sign (p) against the adhesive squares (q) 

with firm pressure to adhere the sign to the display.
