If the customer’s air volume of the using system is less than that of air compressor, the air volume regulating system
can automatically adjust the air supply of air compressor.

Set the pressure of air volume pressure regulator, and when the system pressure has not reached the set
empty load pressure, let little air enter the bottom of air volume adjusting valve by air volume pressure regulator to
push up the piston and begin regulating the air volume. The setting pressure of the air volume pressure regulator
can be set according to the on-site air volume usage and be well adjusted.
b. If the air discharge volume of air flow control valve is properly adjusted, the pressure of air volume pressure
valve will be stable.
c. If air volume adjustment is not necessary, just lock it up is ok.

Safety valve adjust
In general, the discharge pressure of safety valve is higher 0.1Mpa than exhaust pressure, so it is not
necessary to do automatic adjustment. If there are other reasons to adjust the discharge pressure of safety valve,
loosen the locking nut on the safety valve and then regulate the adjusting screw by rotating in clockwise direction to
lower the set pressure. After setting the discharge pressure, tighten the locking nut then.

a. After stopping the air compressor, open the water discharge valve at the air outlet and confirm there is no
pressure in the system.
b. Take apart the pipeline on the oil tank, at the same time, remove the pipeline from the pressure maintenance
valve to the after cooler.
c. Remove the set screw on the oil-gas tank.
d. Take down the top cover of oil-gas tank.
e. Take down the oil-gas separator and replace it with a new one.
f. Install well the oil-gas tank in a reverse direction of separating.
When replacing oil-gas separator, please note that don’t drop dirty materials to the oil tank so that not to affect the
air compressor operation.

b. Close the air outlet and open water discharge valve to confirm that there is no pressure in the system.
c. Take apart the oil-gas separator to renew it.
