Adjustment #2: Wedge Engagement Position 

 
Before beginning Adjustment #2 make sure the Wedge Engagement Handle has no free 
play.  If it does tighten the Pinion Gear Set Screw (1) (see Figure 5).  This adjustment 
controls how close the Wedge is to the Nip Rollers when it is in the Engaged/Welding
