If you get the message that the software did not pass the Windows Logo testing, select “

The USB driver is installed: At the end, click on “

The installation program requests the files location once more

: The operation could take a few minutes.

The installation procedure is now complete: The device will be detected on each new connec-
tion automatically.
In order to check if the entire operation was successful, in CONTROL PANEL double click on
SYSTEM. Select "Device Manager" and connect the instrument to the USB port.

Notes.
1.
If the instrument is connected to the USB port
before
installing the drivers, Windows signals the
presence of an unknown device: In this case, cancel the operation and repeat the procedure illus-
trated at the beginning of this paragraph.
2.

, is included a detailed version
of this chapter with pictures. Moreover, the necessary steps to remove the USB drivers are re-
ported.
