Prior to Initial Use
Unpacking and cleaning
1.
Remove all parts from the box.
2.
Check whether all parts are available and obviously undamaged.
3.
Remove the packaging materials and completely unwind the power cable.
4.
Clean all parts as described in "Cleaning" section, see page 11.
Use
The mixer is a standing appliance that can only be used together with the base.
Do not operate the appliance as a hand mixer.
Insert beater / kneading hook
The selection of the insert depends on the food to be processed:

Beaters
are used e.g. for creams, whipping cream, light batters, mashed potatoes or
for mixing pudding powder.
z
Kneading hooks
are used for kneading heavy dough, such as shortcrust pastry
DANGER
Remove the plug from the socket when you are inserting beaters/kneading hooks.
