If you use the above procedure and you still cannot view layers in your workspace, contact
the Database Administrator to verify the database you are connected to is running correctly
and is not disconnected.
The Map View is Blank
If you installed compatible data to your hard drive before XMap was installed, your map
area may appear blank when you open the program. If your map area is blank, you must
update the Base Data settings in the Map Data tab to include that data in your projects. For
