Adjust the position of the nozzle to the cleaning
operation you intend to perform (fig. L):
- push upwards
for hot- or cold-
water cleaning;
- push
downwards for
steam cleaning.

upholstery, sofas, furniture, etc.
Attach nozzle

Connect
solution
dispenser to
handgrip by
pushing it until it
clicks in
place
(fig. M).
Connect to power mains and switch your
PENTAVAP on by depressing the suction button
(fig. G, p. 7).
CAUTION: PENTAVAP can hold up to 8 litres
of water in the dirty-water tank. When the
dirty-water tank is full, a special safety
device will shut suction off automatically
and the number of motor revolutions will
increase. At this point, switch off the motor,
disconnect the machine and empty the dirty-
water tank.
EMPTYING THE DIRTY WATER TANK
To empty the tank, disconnect in this order: the
water or water-shampoo solution injection
system (a), the solution dispenser (b), the
suction hose coupling (c), the external
removable tank (d), and the motor unit (e)
(fig. N).
