The tank light         is ON

The appliance operates in
dehumidifying mode (light
on) but the humidity is not
reduced

The pump doesn't work:

•the appliance is not

plugged in

•there is no electricity
•the humidistat is on

minimum

•the tank is full
•the tank is missing
•the tank is improperly

positioned

•the hose is obstructed or 

the difference in level is
too high

•filter clogged
•the temperature or

humidity of the home is
too low

•room too large
•too many sources of

humidity in room (boiling
pots etc.)

•there are windows or

doors opened, so new air
comes from outdoors

•plug into the power outlet

•check the power supply
•set the humidistat to the

required level

•empty the tank
•replace the tank
•position the tank correctly

•remove the obstruction or

reduce the difference in
level

•clean the filter
•in certain conditions, it is

normal for the appliance
not to dehumidify (see
“Technical characteristics”

•check that the doors and

the windows are closed.

Carry out the seasonal
maintenance operations
described on the adhesive 
label located on the inside
of the access door 7, or in
the paragraph
“Maintenance”.
