How to prepare espresso and cappuccino coffee
1.
Unscrew the boiler cap by turning it in a anti-clockwise
direction.
2.
Using the water level indicators printed on the small carafe fill
with water according to the number of cups of espresso or
cappuccino coffee that are required.
3.
Pour the water into the steam boiler
4.
Replace the boiler cap by turning firmly in a clockwise
direction.
5.
Insert the filter for espresso coffee into the filter holder.
6.
F
ill the filter with the ground coffee.
7.
Attach the filter holder to the appliance and place the small
carafe under the filter holder.
8.
Push the ON/OFF switch for espresso/cappuccino. The ON
indicator light for espresso/cappuccino will come on.
9.
After approximately two minutes, the espresso coffee will
begin to flow out.
10. If you require cappuccino, it is a good idea to froth milk before
all the steam is used for the coffee. To do this, 1/3 fill a small jug
(ideally metal) with cold milk. Dip the frothing nozzle just below
the surface of the milk and gently turn the side steam valve
clockwise. The steam will flrow into the milk creating froth.
11. When the coffee or steam no longer flows, close the steam
valve and push the on/off switch to turn off.
12. For cappuccino, pour espresso into pre-heated cups and add
frothed milk.
