Place the headset on the head (A) so that it sits comfortably on the bridge of the nose and then pull the flexible headband to fix firmly

 

at the back of the head (B) as shown.

Use the thumbwheel at the back of the headband to obtain a proper fit (clockwise tightens the headband and anti-clockwise loosens 
it).
