Customer support 

Choose the Dell support model that best fits your needs. Many 
OEMs handle the initial customer call and then initiate a soft 
handoff to Dell for additional levels of support. With an optional 
customized queue, our involvement will be transparent to your 
customers.

Service, support and limited warranty*

Our servers are available with a one-year parts and labor Dell 
limited warranty* and Next Business Day On-Site Service* 
(optional upgrade to three years), offered in 150 countries around 
the world. Dell has thousands of technicians at your disposal 
that can perform services and replace parts on short notice.

Dedicated OEM engineering support 

Our OEM System Consultants can provide long-range, 
component-level roadmaps and vertical specialization. In 
addition, you’ll have access to Dell engineering and technical 
escalations to help you easily and cost-effectively drive 
product development and manage change.

Operations and logistics support 

A dedicated logistics team is ready to provide you with 
complete support, including program governance, order 
management and reporting. We can tailor a custom logistics
