7. Remove the palm rest from the computer.

Installing The Palm Rest

Align the palm rest assembly to its original position on the computer

and snap it into place.

Connect the following cables to the system board:

•  fingerprint reader
•  touchpad
•  contactless smart card reader

Replace and tighten the screws to secure the palm rest to the computer.

Install the

Install the

battery
