Heavy Duty Shelves and Pilasters-
Chrome plated shelves stand-up to corrosion. They are work horses - handling up
to 250 pounds per shelf. Specifi cation Lines pilasters are tough too - constructed of
heavy gauge stainless steel and providing shelf adjustability on 1” centers.
Rolled on Stainless Steel Finish-
Instead of “traditional” abraided and polished stainless steel fi nish, we’ve chosen to
use newer technology, rolled on fi nish. Independent lab tests have shown that the
rolled on fi nish is less succeptable to pitting and corrosion and holds up better in the
harsh environments that are todays food service kitchens.
Stainless Steel Breaker Strips-
Holds up to wear and tear in an especially vulnerable area. You can be assured that
these tough strips won’t crack or break. Their clean design is what you would expect in
a sanitary environment.
One-Piece Side Construction-
Solid construction. Continuous side panels with no seam at the top. Polyurethane
insulation foamed in place, from top to bottom, adds rigidity and provides a sound
deadening effect from refrigeration system noise.
Concealed Light Switch-
Can’t fi nd the door activated light switch? It’s concealed in the upper hinge to protect
it from inadvertent damage. Smart design, convenient operation with a focus on
durability.
ABS Interior Door Liner-
One tough design. The inside of the door takes a lot of abuse and Specifi cation
Lines’ molded ABS material can handle it. This material is solid but resilient. It
won’t dent or crack. Pans and boxes bounce right off. We also took gasket life
into account. The Specifi cation Line door liner is molded to come out past the door
gasket, protecting it from wear and tear. You’ll fi nd yourself replacing door gaskets a
lot less frequently on Specifi cation Line refrigeration.
Polyurethane Casters-
If mounting your refrigeration on casters for mobility makes sense for you operation,
you’ll fi nd the deluxe polyurethane wheeled casters provided as an option on
Specifi cation Line refrigeration a pleasant surprise. Designed to stand up to wear
and tear for many years. These are the casters you use to see, before so many
manufacturers cost reduced their product to a less capable solid plastic design. No
