Assembly of tension cable and grounding
1.
Hook tensioning cable with the quick chain fastener
into the eyes of the centre bearing bracket. Close quick
chain fastener.

Insert the eyebolts of the tensioning cable into the
drilled hole of the frame on the lower end of an outer
supporting strut. Push in an M10 washer and tighten the
tensioning cable with an M10 nut. After tightening the
clamping nut, use the second nut to prevent it becoming
loose. The upper or the lower hole can be used,
depending on the angle of incidence.
Repeat these steps for all outer supporting struts. The
tensioning cables are to be tightened in a diagonal
sequence.
Tightening torque of clamping nut: 10 Nm
Tightening torque of lock nut: 40 Nm

The stranded copper wire needed for grounding the
system is fastened to the outer flange of the central pipe with
the rocker arm.
