1 Precautions required in the case of long boiler stops (one or more years)
The boiler and the chimney must be swept carefully. Close the door
of the boiler to prevent air from circulating inside the boiler.
We also recommend removing the pipe connecting the boiler to the
chimney and plugging the flue gas nozzle.
2 Precautions required if the heating is stopped when there is a risk of freezing
We recommend the use of a correctly dosed antifreeze agent to
prevent to the heating circuit from freezing.
If this cannot be done, drain the system completely.
Drain the hot water tank and piping as well.
3 Data, Approval and Warning Labels
The rating and warning labels are affixed to the side of
the boiler as shown
