Rotating a desktop inside any operating system requires enough graphical memory
to do that. The Raspberry pi 2 and 3 are able to rotate only the Full HD resolution.
However the dual LCD configuration is already horizontal oriented and does not
require to rotate, see below. The HDMI controller in the viewer splits up the content in
half for each display panel.
