Responsibility

at all times, stating the responsibility of the user in the event that the same causes any damage 

or injury to persons or property on the ground or to other users of the airspace in proximity of 

which Sky Rider Drone flies. De Agostini also points out that it is not permitted to use Sky Rider 

Drone for unauthorised or unlawful purposes; if Sky Rider Drone is used for unauthorised or 

unlawful purposes, the user will be fully responsible for any loss or damage arising from such 

unauthorised use. In particular, the user must comply with all provisions of law and refrain from 

using Sky Rider Drone in any manner that could interfere with third-party privacy rights.

De Agostini declines any liability for any damage arising from the use of Sky Rider Drone.

Privacy rights

De Agostini recommends that the use of the built-in camera aboard Sky Rider Drone is in 

accordance with the relevant provisions of law. The recording and disclosure of the image of a 

person without their prior consent may in fact constitute infringement of law and involve the 

responsibility of the author of such actions. De Agostini therefore recommends photographing 

people only with their prior consent and not to use in any way these recordings (for example, by 

storing and/or disseminating them by any means of communication) without first obtaining such 

consent. De Agostini recommends that images likely to harm the reputation or dignity of a person 

are not disclosed.  The use of Sky Rider Drone for purposes of monitoring or spying is strictly 

prohibited and may be punishable by law.
