The electronic control can be replaced without removal of the unit from the front of the unit. For electronic control functions, see
Section 1.11, Operation - Selector Switch in the “ON” Position.

Diagnostic LED:
No LED light: Operations are normal.
•
LED on for 10 seconds then off: Start of the clean cycle.
•
LED flashes two times every five seconds: Bin thermistor out-of-range.
•
LED flashes three times every five seconds: Evaporator thermistor out-of-range.
•
LED flashes four times every five seconds: Both bin and evaporator thermistors are out-of-range.
•
Removing the Electronic Control:
Remove the front grill and disconnect the rocker switch wire (see Figure 3.4).

Disconnect the power wire harness connector, bin thermistor connector, and evaporator thermistor connector from the elec-

tronic control (see Figure 5.1).
Remove the Phillips head screw that secures the electronic control to the electrical bracket (see Figure 5.2).

The electronic control will then slide slightly forward to release from the bracket tab and then down (see Figure 5.3).
