• Open the grill fully. Place the food on the lower part
and close the upper part. This plate tilts and will adapt
to the , height of the food, cooking both sides more
quickly.
• After a few minutes, open the grill and remove the food
with a plastic or wooden spatula. Do not use a metallic
knife as it could damage the anti-stick coating.
• Unplug the appliance when you are finished and leave
it open for it to cool.
